Jeremy Bilodeau, of Manassas, is charged with rape in June 25 incident, police in Prince William County said.
The female victim said she awoke to Bilodeau, an acquaintance, sexually assaulting her in a residence at the Masons Keepe Apartments located in the 10200 block of Launch Circle, Prince William County police said.
The two eventually separated, and Bilodeau left the apartment. On Wednesday, Aug. 16, following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for Bilodeau, who turned himself in the following day.
Bilodeau is being held without bond.
